Hubbard County Garbage/Demolition Policy
Only waste from construction and demolition of buildings, roads and other man-made structures are accepted in the demolition landfill.
Any unacceptable waste listed below that is discovered in a load, will be required to be removed by the user/hauler and properly disposed of. Should this be mixed it, a sorting fee with tipping schedule will apply.

The items below will be accepted in the demolition landfill on a demolition tear down project.
However, the items below will not be accepted from any new construction or remodel project such as a house remodel, office renovation, new home or apartments, etc. and must be separated from the load and disposed of inside the transfer station building or designated area.

Definitions:
Clean Concrete: Concrete with rebar that does not have any other material attached such as: in floor tubing, insulation, lumber, plastic, etc.
Contaminated Concrete: Concrete that has material attached such as: in floor tubing, insulation, lumber, plastic, etc.
Clean Shingles: Asphalt shingles including nails and tar paper. Cannot contain caulking tubes, plastic ridge caps, flashing, packaging, wood, etc.
